I have an account but I can’t log in

Our blog doesn’t consider the old accounts so you will need to register again. We thought of merging both authentification systems but we’ve noticed that only few of the active members posted on the blog. If ever you’ve completed your registration and it still doesn’t allow you to properly connect, please make sure you enter the right username and password or you can use the “recover password” of our system.

I don’t receive any email after resetting my password

You have used the “recover password” system and has not received any new password. Because the ICE website is hosted on a shared web server, that means we are not the only one on the boat, it takes time to send mails due to the heavy load the server carries. You may also check your spam/junk folder because some webmails anti-spam system flag them as so.

Why can’t I directly publish my post.

The user level is by default “contributor” that means you will need either an admin or an editor to publish your post. This is just to avoid mess and to moderate what is being posted. Don’t worry the admin regularly take a look at new posts so yours won’t take time to be published.
