The ICE blog - which is Wordpress - uses gravatar to display an image each time you're commenting a post or a page. This image is related to your email address. To do so, Wordpress uses a service called <a href="http://gravatar.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">gravatar</a>. Visit this site, register and then add a photo that will correspond to your email address. Each time you'll post a comment here, your gravatar will appear next to your username.
